Each participating member of a Neighborhood Watch Group should:
- Be alert to suspicious activities in the neighborhood
- Notify the Coordinator or Block Captain if your contact information changes
- Learn neighbors' names and be able to identify their vehicles and other vehicles usually in your neighborhood.
- Keep an up to date block map, roster, and other important group information in an accessible and secure location.
- Implement security measures suggested by your Crime Prevention Officer or Coordinator.
- Notify police and Coordinators of any suspicious activity.
- DO NOT TAKE ANY PERSONAL RISKS! It is important for the officers to have good information but not at any risk to yourself.
